About Returns
Cancellations
Please note orders are processed and shipped soon after they are placed. If you find that you need to make changes to your order, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate. To check the status of your order log in to your Malintzyn account or please email us, we will reply promptly. Orders may not be canceled once shipped but rather returned for store credit, exchange or refund. Please read below for more details.
Returns
We do not charge re-stocking fees on returns for Store Credit or Exchange! Returns are accepted within 15 days upon receipt of goods with proof of purchase. Please contact us prior to returning any goods for authorization. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs associated with returning goods unless the order contains an error on our part. All returned goods must be carefully packed, not used, damaged or otherwise made not 100% sellable (subject to inspection and approval). We may require that photos be submitted in certain cases before approving a return. If you are returning/shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, you have three options. We can offer you store credit, exchange or a refund. Please see below for more details.
Store Credit
No re-stocking fee. Returns for store credit, we will provide you with a store credit equal to the amount you paid for the item(s) at time of your purchase minus the original shipping cost for use towards a future order. For example, if you paid a discounted price because the item was on sale, we will only credit you for the discounted item price you paid. Not the regular price.
Exchanges
No re-stocking fee. Returns for exchange, we can exchange your return for an item of equal value or if the item you would like to exchange is of greater value, you will be billed for the difference before your exchange is shipped to you. We ship the exchanged item back to you at no additional shipping cost to you. We cover the cost! Returns for a different size fall under this category.
Refunds
Returns for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will refund the full original order amount you paid for the item(s) minus the original shipping costs, restocking fee and return shipping if we provided a return label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and available options. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days of approval.
